Portrait Studio Front of House Reception
Flawless Photography and Makeover Studios is the premier and longest standing studio in the North - a high end studio that offers a variety of customers to have a luxury Experience Day, to have fun and feel confident about their body image which includes a makeover and photoshoot .

We are looking for a friendly , enthusiastic and approachable person with experience for our Front of House Receptionist position . Join our fantastic team and you could be the face of ..Flawless.. for our customers in our city centre luxury studio in Leeds.
For the last 17 years ,Flawless photography and makeover studios have enjoyed 1000s of customers through its doors to experience a luxury Makeover and Photoshoot day.
As the first point of contact for all our customers, you will be trusted to represent the studios to a high standard .
The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the expectations of a demanding Reception role and be able to multi-task and coordinate work efficiently in a busy and professional environment. You must be a pro-active organised team player with a warm, bubbly and friendly manner with the ability to work well under time deadlines.
This role will give you a key responsibility within the studio, ensuring the smooth running of this part of the business, whilst also undertaking day to day administrative duties and booking customer appointments on our CRM system.
This position is three days per week approx - 22.5 hrs - Friday , Saturday , Monday
This exciting role is demanding due to the volume of customers and the speed of each studio day. We are looking for a friendly, confident individual with excellent customer service skills and able to think on their feet. An interest in Beauty and Makeup is a beneficial but not essential. This is a face to face and telephone base role.
Your duties will include:
- Interacting with customers and providing a consistently high level of service Front of House which includes Meet, Greet and providing refreshments .
- Answering the telephone, giving advice and directions for our customer Experience Day.
- Taking payments and processing all finance agreements to the required standard
- Accurately inputting all customer data onto the Flawless CRM system. Administration and IT skills are a must.
- Booking in customers and arranging appointments once purchased the experience day onto the CRM system.
- Organising the daily diary so all three departments time schedules are met
- Working as part of a team environment.
- Managing people including liaising with the Make-Up Artists, Stylists and Photographers to ensure timings and customer expectations are met throughout their experience day.
- General housekeeping including your own excellent personal grooming is essential.
- Organising customer products on the day
