Portico are currently on the look out for a Front of House Manager on a 6 month maternity cover contract to oversee our amazing team based at a famous broadcasting company in Victoria, known for priding itself on diversity and challenging the status quo. The FOH Manager’s main function is to oversee our team’s service delivery across all the channel’s offices nationwide. So, although predominantly based in London, there is a requirement for the successful candidate to travel across the country on a regular basis to review FOH services in all offices. The services carried out by our team at the London office consist of: -Managing a fast-paced reception space, where we pride ourselves on getting to know our clientele so that we can provide a bespoke and best in class experience.A Helpdesk at the heart of the office, where our team assist internal staff with all their needs.And a switchboard service, where we coordinate all incoming calls for company’s staff.Regionally, we have a client site based Reception in our Leeds office, who also undertake the coordination of local task management. The smaller hubs, Bristol, and Glasgow, are both home to one Workspace Coordinator who undertakes the coordination of all facilities requirements on site.The successful FOH Manager will be someone with excellent communication skills, and an ability to interact with people from all walks of life comfortably and confidentially. They will be passionate about customer service and thrive under pressure, always looking for new ways to improve our customer experience.It is essential that the successful candidate has a proven track record of strong leadership skills and previous experience within a similar role, ideally within a reception environment. They will be comfortable with all the usual responsibilities of an account manage, from HR matters to budgets, and everything in between.Hours: 40 hours per week with shifts between 8am – 6:30pm, Monday – Friday.
