An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Manager to manage and oversee an exceptional hospitality service expert, that creates memorable experiences and leads with passion, maintaining high levels of service at all times.

Ideal Candidate

  • You will have a proven track record as a Front Office Manager at a smaller property or Assistant Front Office Manager with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • You will be a proud ambassador of the hotel.
  • Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Financial systems) and numeracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experienced user of Opera, Delphi, and Microsoft Office preferred
  • A positive and engaging demeanor with the ability to drive and motivate teams.
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs.
