We are an indie cocktail bar which has as its purpose supporting local businesses and offering a unique experience to our guests by providing high quality drinks and service.
Hidden within the vaults of an old bank, our exclusive bar offers a place to escape from the chaos of the day with a cocktail in hand: a home-from-home where you’re always welcome.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Front of House/Bartender
- A good understanding of cocktails
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- The ability to self-drive
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- A neat and tidy appearance (hair and fingernails) and adherence to uniform requirements
- Reliable
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and making them feel welcome
- Preparing the drinks for our guests
- Keeping the bar clean and tidy
- Recommending drinks and upsell
- Showing a professional, happy attitude at all times
- Understanding and fulfilling our guests’ requirements
- Handling payments and providing excellent customer service
- Following the opening and closing procedures
