We are looking for a multi-skilled and adaptable individual to take on the Building Front of House/Reception role of a prestige multi let office building.
Monday to Friday 4pm to 7pm

SIA Licence preferred
You must be willing to undertake SIA security licence to be considered for this vacancy. Provided by Spacecare.
- Ensure the security of the building
- Monitoring of CCTV system
- Providing the main initial contact for visitors, contractors and tenants to the building
- Liaison with Tenants on a day-to-day basis offering an efficient friendly interface
- Organise regular tenant activities and events
- Continually evaluate our offering to tenants and innovate the front of house experience for the tenants in the building
- Handle and coordinate potential viewings of vacant space
- Regulate (and monitor) the facilities to meet ALL regulations and guidelines ensuring that the premises are in compliance with all applicable legislations
- Handle any problems / complaints from the occupants effectively
- Update occupiers regarding maintenance and compliance issues
- Coordinate building maintenance and repairs
- Attend and coordinate tenant meetings
- Monitor the performance of all contractors working on site
- Maintaining records regarding all mandatory and non-mandatory inspections
- Operation and control of the building management system
- Develop and implement site emergency procedures
- Carrying out building inspections and assemble a prioritised reactive maintenance list
- Advising on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Assemble regular and ad hoc reports as required by the client from time to time
- Site meter reads
- Management of site via CAFM systems
- Stock and order of any required materials and consumables
- Any other duties deemed to be within your capabilities
- Locking up of building, leaving secure.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £11.25-£11.75 per hour

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
