Job description
A fantastic opportunity to work within an up-market, elegant and trendy dessert parlour. We are currently accepting applications for Front of House roles for our store in London.
Full Time/ Part Time 20-40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
· To contribute to Heavenly Desserts success by providing world-class customer service to all of our guests.
· To consistently deliver the Heavenly Desserts Experience for our guests by providing courteous, prompt service, quality beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
· Meet and greet customers and provide professional table service. Work both front and back of house as necessary to provide the best quality desserts and beverages.
· Accepting and informing the relevant staff about food and beverage requests
· Mixing and pouring beverages, as needed.
· Transporting food orders from the kitchen to each pertinent table.
· Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from each table once guests have completed their meals, or upon request.
· Perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
· Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
· Ability to upsell.
· Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
· Must be available to work between the hours of 12:00 pm and 1:00 am and have access to reliable transportation to get to and from Gallions Reach Shopping Park.
· A minimum of one year of restaurant experience is preferred.
