Job description
We are looking to recruit a front of house specialist for our Leeds City Centre location. This opportunity is for a varied role within a private medical setting. Someone who can fit into a great team environment within a growing business, with opportunities for future progression.
The shift patterns will be agreed during the interview stages, however will usually include one early shift per week (7:30am-1:30pm) and one late shift per week (1:30pm-7:30pm). As we are open on a weekend, some weekend shifts will be compulsory.
Regular overtime opportunities are available to support the growing front of house team with the ability to increase working hours should they become available.
Total weekly hours; 15-18 hours per week

Skills and Knowledge
- Qualifications O level/GCSE or equivalent
- Good keyboard/Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An understanding of sales and customer service
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Confident to answer telephone calls and emails
Role Purpose
- To represent the clinic as the first point of contact
- To ensure patients understand the patient journey and processes
- To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic
- To provide first class customer service to patients at all times
