Ecco has the reputation of serving the best Neapolitan wood fired pizzas, and providing the best service. We are looking for a part time Front of House team member who has a passion for hospitality and a willingness to exceed expectation in their job role!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £7.00-£9.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Deliver excellent service in a friendly manner.
• Answer customer questions about the menu or kitchen.
• Execute the restaurant's policies and procedures, ensure that food safety standards and all other health requirements are met at all times.
• Anticipate customer needs and respond accordingly.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness at all times.
• Respond to customers' questions, suggestions or complaints in a timely manner.
• Follow any special requests from supervisors and managers when communicating with customers'.
• Use good judgement in difficult situations.

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £8.00-£9.00 per hour
