Front of house - Full time position
Bad Apple Hair - Birmingham are looking for an experienced person to be a new member of their team. We are looking for someone that can elevate our high end service we provide in salon and be able to multi task the front of house.
Experience for the role should include:
- A high level of customer service and hosting experience (at least 1-2 years) as the customer experience is incredibly important to us and you will be the face of the salon responsible for welcoming clients into our doors.
- Organisational/IT skills to be able to control a booking system with confidence.
- Sales experience - as you will be responsible for supporting the salon in taking bookings, deposits, and payments for clients. Also to help drive rebooking growth for the team.
- Additional managerial experience will also benefit to help with day to day running of the salon and support to Stylist/Technicians
- High end customer service needs to be your number 1 priority in your role here with a focus on ensuring the whole client journey is met with attention to detail.
We are looking for an individual who can greet, welcome and take care of our clients in salon as well as multi task whilst supporting the front desk in taking payment and ensuring the best level of service is given to every client through their journey in the salon.
To be able to support the Salon Manager in their daily duties.
You do not have to hairdresser experience for this role as it is a front of house position, but a keen interest within the creative industry will definitely support your application.

The role is Full time and will be 5 days a week between Monday - Saturday, contracted to 40 hours, with 2 days off per week.
