Job description
This is an ‘Operations Role’ responsible for providing the best service experience within Barby Sporting’s front of house operation.
The Role will report to the General Manager.
The Role will be based at Barby Sporting in Rugby,
Job Purpose- To look after customers visiting Barby Sporting, either for sporting activities or events.
To assist in the planning, sales, and delivery of events at Barby Sporting.
Activities - Meet and greet customers that are visiting our facilities.
- Quickly identify the customer’s needs and act accordingly.
- Take and manage bookings effectively either by telephone or online.
- Serve customers at reception
- Serve customers within the café.
- Prepare and serve food and drink as required.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene within the food preparation areas and facilities.
- Support events in addition to the standard activities.
- Deal with all communications to and from our customers whilst they are at Barby Sporting
- Promote the company brand and Image at all times.
- Support the team with general day to day activities.
- Any other tasks as directed by the General Manager.
Set working days:
Monday - 9am - 5:30pm
Wednesday 9am - 5:30pm
Saturday 9am - 5:30pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
