About the role
The Attenborough Arts Centre is a public arts venue close to the centre of Leicester that is managed by the University of Leicester. With over 100,000 visitors each year the centre is a lively and vibrant part of the culture of the city and region. It has a progressive programme of inclusive theatre, music, dance, spoken word and contemporary art exhibitions. It is part of the Arts Council England’s National Portfolio Organisations and receives regular grant aid.As a member of the Front of House team, the Front of House Assistant will play an important role in ensuring that our visitors receive the highest levels of customer care and satisfaction. The role gives you the opportunity to work on the Box Office and in the Gallery. The working pattern for this position will be 09:00 -16:00 on Mondays and Tuesdays, and 09:00 - 12:30 on Wednesdays.
About you
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working in a customer focused role, and has the ability to carry out basic mathematical calculations with previous cash handling experience. You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to give and receive instructions.Additional information
