We are super excited to be recruiting for this opportunity in our Southern UK locations! A global leader in the boutique fitness space, Orangetheory Fitness is now recruiting for Front of House Assistants/Receptionists! This is a fitness job in London not to be missed!

We are looking to recruit for an energetic front of house assistant to work in this high-energy environment. You must have a genuine passion for customer service and be able to support new members in their journeys. With over 1,500 studios and over a million members worldwide, this is a great opportunity to kick start your career with us as we embark on continued expansion in the UK fitness market.
The role includes:
* Open and closing of the studio.
* Working front of house welcoming new and existing members.
* Supporting members with any of their queries and issues.
* Dealing with all new enquiries via phone/email or face to face including recommending the best package to support them.
* You will help generate awareness of the brand. This will include planning and attending events like corporate wellness days and community events.
* Work closely with the fitness team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
The candidate:
* Able to build trust and rapport, quickly and genuinely.
* Enthusiastic and proactive in approach.
* Fantastic customer service.
* A passion for health and fitness.
* Ideally some fitness front of house experience previously - preferably 6 months.
* Must be fully flexible and able to work shifts (this could include early, late and weekend shifts).
