Job description
- Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
- Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
- Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
- Operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are used
- Responsible for ensuring that the preparation of meeting rooms and food service, meeting the requirements of client, company and customers
- Delivery of hospitality, Buffet, canapé and fine dining services
- Ensure COSHH, food safety, and H&S are followed, with any incidents reported in line with documented procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence
- Previous catering experience and looking to progress within the industry
- Willingness to cooperate as part of a team
- Pride in quality customer experience
