A vacancy has arisen for an experienced, quality and customer focused administrator working within a fast paced office environment. You will be working within the Business Support Services Team, who support the firm by completing a wide range of Administration tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- Greeting clients, visitors, contractors and staff in line with Bevan Brittan standards
- Answering phones in a prompt and professional manner, routing calls as necessary to the relevant person
- Managing meeting room bookings in both internal client rooms and external venues
- Ensuring meeting rooms are cleared and ready for the next meeting
- Managing train ticket and taxi requests
- Providing support to the facilities team
- Supporting administrative tasks, including conflict searching and matter opening
- Compiling electronic bundles for court and experts
- General office administrative duties including copying, scanning etc.
The Ideal Candidate
- Quality and customer service driven, with a concern for accuracy and an eye for detail
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. Ideally, this would be within a professional services environment
- IT literate with a working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload effectively
- Enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible.Willing to contribute and support others as part of a team
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Additionally, reprographics, courier and outgoing mail experience are also desirable skills as there may be times where you will be called upon to help the onsite reprographics team
