Job description

We're looking for a tech savvy and creative Front End Developer to join our Client Services team in London.

You'll work with our agency teams, designers and back end developers to create dynamic websites, microsites and forms for our boutique and global financial services clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to feed ideas into our own marketing automation platform development.

We need a Front End developer with extensive knowledge on cross-platform compatibility and responsive design, as well as having a strong understanding of UX principles.

Responsibilities

  • Developing interactive websites, microsites and forms.
  • Working with our teams and our clients to provide innovative solutions.
  • Maintaining a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies.
  • Seeking to develop yourself by learning new technologies and keeping abreast of your role specific developments.
  • Incorporating new innovations into future projects and staying ahead of the market, positioning yourself and the company as digital specialists.

Requirements*

  • Three+ years’ front end development experience client-side or with an agency.
  • Exceptional HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript and React knowledge. PHP a plus.
  • Experienced using the Adobe Creative Cloud, XD/Figma and WordPress.
  • Experience of UX principles, responsive design, grid frameworks and mapping out user journeys.
  • Good project planning skills and effective time management.
  • Confident communicator and able to motivate and encourage colleagues.
  • Ability to look beyond the brief and suggest improved solutions and share opinions.
  • Strong digital portfolio including demonstrable experience producing innovative and original ideas.
  • Passionate about creating beautiful, engaging, intuitive, efficient, and highly usable websites.
