HRLocker is an Irish SAAS Company with a fully dispersed workforce and our product is used in over 55 locations by over 40,000 users daily. (we all work from home: )) we are looking to hire a JavaScript Developer to add to our development team who currently work in various locations around Europe and Vietnam.
It is essential that you want to work on a product with a product development team and create a great product. We have a great open transparent culture so you have to be open to learning and have the confidence to communicate your ideas to people at all levels of the business internally and externally and to back up your ideas with data, research, or experience (your believability score). We are not looking for people with just opinions we all have, but with the conviction to back up those opinions with data, research, truth, and action.
Initial Technical Essential Skills needed for this role:
5+ years of IT experience in JS frameworks.
JavaScript developer with experience using frameworks such as React/Vue.js/Angular within professional teams.
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript JSON, REST, Ajax, XML, DOM.RESTful APIs.Agile software development methodology.
Further desirable Skills but not essential:
Experience as Lead Designer who understands, UX, VD, design systems, and technology.Experience in creating components, hooks, validations, and other libraries with best practices.Good programming/technical fundamentals.Experience in the design of complex applications, data visualizations, and design systems.Excellent in communication both written as well as spoken.
What you will do:
Develop and implement highly-responsive user interface components using JS concepts.Review application requirements and interface design.Integrate APIs with third-party libraries/vendors and handle the security around them. Take responsibility for Server Side design & development.Development of common, reusable components and services.Responsible for peer code reviews, unit testing, and leveraging CICD pipeline of an application.

As HRLocker is a fully distributed Company (everyone works from Home) you must have a secure place to work from where you can work without interruption. We will supply Laptops, desk, chair, risers etc. as required for the successful candidates as standard.
