French Connection are looking for a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our Head Office team in Camden, London working 2 days each week.
Role available;
16 hours per week (2 day a week across mon-fri)

Key areas of responsibility will be:
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant department
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving, sorting and organising daily mail and couriers
- Arranging travel inclusive of hotels and flights
- Ordering and managing office supplies
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Be approachable and presentable
- Have the ability to multitask as well as being organised
- Competent with Word and Excel
A background in reception or hospitality where high levels of customer services are expected would be ideal.
