We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Office Team Member
We are a busy 4 star hotel in Earls Court area. With 56 Bedrooms we offer guests personal caring service that complements our great value for a hotel in London.
As a front Office team member, you be responsible for giving our guest a great stay, from your warm welcome, advice on how best to enjoy London, through to a smooth and stress free departure.
The successful applicant will be an energetic person who speaks fluent English and is able to relate to all sorts of people.
The duties involved will include
- Welcoming and fare welling all guests
- Processing reservations
- Dealing with guest enquiries and providing local information
- Adjusting the rates and availability to maximise revenue.
The role will offer the right candidate the opportunity permanent full time work. The successful applicant will have worked in related areas in the past.
We will be paying a salary of £12.00 per hour. There will be plenty of overtime available.
Please note that this role involves shift work. Shifts are from 7-3, 3-11 & 11-7. The successful candidate will be expected to work a variety of these shifts
