At Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist…

We are looking for someone who can commit to Full-Time, across 5 shifts per week. Being flexible would be a great plus!

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. At Kimpton we encourage our Team Members to Be Yourself and Lead Yourself! We will be there to support you each step of the way.

We are paying £11.60 per hour (£24,128.00 per annum), all overtime is paid for.

As a {insert job title} your main duties and responsibilities will be checking in and out our guests, dealing with any queries or complaints, welcoming our guests to the city and interacting with them to encourage them to join our loyalty program. You will also be a key part of our guests’ overall stay, providing special experiences and recognising our loyal IHG One Rewards members. To smash this role out of the park, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are:

  • Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service, wanting to go above and beyond for our guests!
  • Confident working on Hotel systems, experience working with Opera specifically is a big plus
  • Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
