Job description
We are looking for a full-time receptionist to be the client's first point of contact.
The best candidate would have;
- At least 2 year of experience in a similar or parallel role.
- Excellent English - written and spoken
- Proven track record of delivering 5-star customer service
- A polite, professional and upbeat manner
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Experience in cash handling, banking and good bookkeeping skills
- The ability to work well within a team to provide the best service possible to all clients
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks based on the needs of the business
- High level of confidentiality
- Empathy for patients and clients
- A high level of computer literacy
Responsibilities:
- Dealing messages on Whatsapp, Instagram(3 accounts).
- Managing the clinic phone lines - dealing with all incoming enquiries
- Making, rescheduling, confirming and cancelling appointments
- Processing payments, issuing refunds, cash handling
- Keep the reception area running smoothly
- Maintaining the standards of the clinic client areas
- Assisting with stock control
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- If needed putting numbing cream to the patients.
- Helping patients to fill consent form.
- Asisting order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12.50 per hour
