We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reception Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As the Reception Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the reception area and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. You will lead a team of receptionists and play a key role in providing a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of receptionists, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.- Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area, including managing the flow of visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the reception desk, ensuring visitors are greeted and assisted promptly and courteously.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of visitor-related activities.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to the reception area.
- Stay updated on company information, events, and promotions to provide accurate information to visitors
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and phone systems.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
