From our dazzling location in the heart of London, St Martins Lane offers both colleagues and our guests a hip, cutting-edge experience in the world of hotels as theatre. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Front Desk team as a Front Desk Agent.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to achieve service excellence by anticipating guest’s needs, listening and paying attention to every detail no matter how small and working together as a team, whilst ensuring that all accounting and security procedures meet Company requirements. You will be responsible for delivering an Engaging Dynamic Guest Experience.
What you will be doing...
- Ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out for in house guests
- Being available to deal with all guest queries and requests
- Ensuring guest privacy and security and also making sure that confidential information is not disclosed
- Maintaining a professional image on duty, including a polite and courteous manner, cheerful disposition and punctuality
- Delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience to all internal and external customers/guests, at all times
What we are looking for…
- An excellent and natural communicator with exceptional people skills
- Conversant with standard PC packages and computerised systems
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Can do attitude
- Proven experience within a Front Office position within a 5* environment.
