At Kingdom Health and Wellness, we're seeking a Front Desk Superstar to join our high-energy team. As the first point of contact for our valued patients, you'll be the friendly face that greets them, ensuring their experience is exceptional from the moment they walk through our doors.
This is not your ordinary front desk position! We're looking for someone who can keep up with the pace, stay organized, handle multiple tasks with a smile, and build long-lasting patient relationships. Our ideal candidate is a true people person, a natural problem-solver, and a master of multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming smile, making them feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
- Schedule appointments, manage the front desk calendar, and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Build healthy and long-lasting patient relationships so that people continue to stay, pay, and refer friends and family members.
- Verify insurance information, collect payments, and handle billing inquiries.
- Answer phone calls, address patient questions, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
