We are looking for an experienced Rental Sales Agent/Rental Return Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of cars as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. The Rental Agent will be responsible for managing rental inquiries, customer questions, answering calls, and ensuring that all rental agreements are in compliance with company policies and rules. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team and make a positive impact on our business.
Responsibilities, not limited to the following:
- Greet customers and answer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide information on rental rates, terms, and conditions.
- Verify customer identification and credit information.
- Process rental applications and contracts.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions.
- Ensure that rental vehicles are in good condition before renting them out.
- Ensure the rental vehicles are returned and damages are compared with a check out process.
- Answer calls and direct the call to the appropriate departments if needed.
- Meet daily goals set by the Manager and/or Supervisor.
- Meet monthly sales goals set by the Sales Manager.

- East Elmhurst, NY 11369: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
