Whilst the business has been around since 2008, the Aberdeen Union Street restaurant will open its doors in Summer 2023 and will be growing from strength-to-strength there after. We are also very active in local marketing and being part of the Aberdeen community.
Main focus of role:
To support the business in all aspects of store operations to ensure the delivery of the Heavenly Desserts brand against our values and commercial targets.
You will be expected to demonstrate hard work within a fun environment where passion for excellence, hard work, honesty and determination are the norm.
To be successful as front of house staff, you should be outgoing, personable, and adept at stress management. That’s why we need the right person to join us and help greet our guests. What matters is that you have both the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people. Front of house staff may be responsible for receiving guests, escorting them to their tables, and conveying their requests to Back of house.
To be successful as back of house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food and drinks are prepared according to Heavenly Desserts standards. In Addition you should be organised and well presented. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, restocking, keeping the back of house area clean and organized.
