The Fatigue Risk Management team's role is to drive innovation in safety best practices across the airline industry, with a focus on transforming easyJet into a data-driven world-leading airline. The team consists of subject matter experts who collaborate to prioritize safety and develop innovative solutions to complex problems, while also working with internal and external stakeholders on multiple projects.
The FRMS Assurance Officer supports the Flight and Duty Time Limitation (FTL) and Safety Management System (SMS) by performing tasks related to training, roster compliance, roster standards, process and audit, and the Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS). The tasks include designing and delivering training courses for flight and cabin crew, operations planning, and ICC staff; analysing and reporting on commander's discretion, FTL violations, and expiries; ensuring roster output is compatible with fatigue guidance; updating process manuals; and supporting the group FRMS for safe and efficient crew utilization.
What you need to do this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled training professional with extensive knowledge of EASA FTL, Group FTL schemes, industrial agreements, European and national WTD and FRMS principles. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work independently and prioritize their workload, and a good standard of education with strong analytical abilities. The successful candidate should also be adaptable, flexible and have a strong commitment to safety while understanding commercial business expectations.

Hours of work
This full-time role will be Hybrid/Remote and will be 40 hours per week.
