We have a fantastic new job opportunity for either a French, Dutch or Portuguese speaking Account Manager to join a world leading, international technology company with a brand of hi-tech products that are known throughout the world.


Location
Hybrid. Office location is SW London (2 days a week ( from September 2023 - 3 days a week) - remote for non office days.


Languages
Fluent in English is essential AND also fluency in either French, Portuguese or Dutch

Job responsibilities of the French, Dutch or Portuguese speaking Account Manager
Your role will be to provide sales support to business clients on a daily basis and also to develop business sales and relationships with existing customers. Your typical responsibilities of the job will be:

  • Manage customer accounts by quoting and negotiating prices, processing orders, and estimating and managing deliveries
  • Coordinate where necessary with other departments such as Logistics, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Warehouse, and Marketing
  • Communicate with customers on a frequent and professional basis to secure orders and to provide product information
  • Anticipate and develop plans, which reflect the future needs of the customer
  • Work with the Business Development Managers located in the country at all times
  • Occasionally travel to customer sites and trade shows



The successful candidate background, experiences and skills

  • Fluent in either French, Portuguese or Dutch
  • Previous experience in sales / account management
  • Demonstrate a successful education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Be highly organised

Salary, benefits & working hours
£30,000 – £32,000 basic + sales compensation plan ( up to 10% of base salary).

Benefits include: 24 days holiday, 8 Bank Holidays, Pension, 75% REIMBURSEMENT OF TRAVEL (up to £120 per month) Private medical insurance - FULLY EXPENSED BY THE COMPANY plus 50% SUBSIDY FOR PARTNER, Permanent health insurance, Gym membership (up to 50% paid for by the company), Life Assurance, Free tea/coffee and subsidised vending.

Working hours: 38.5 hours per week (8am – 5pm, Monday – Thursday with 1 hour lunch and 8am – 3pm on a Friday with 30 minutes lunch)
