Overall Purpose of the Job:
Seeking a freelance creative graphic designer to support us with our marketing on a global basis. The postholder should have up-to-date knowledge to interpret our company needs and design solutions with a high visual impact. You will be a strong creative-type, but also technically proficient. You will work closely with our International Marketing team and sales team.
The key tasks include but are not limited to:
- Design impactful marketing materials based on provided briefs on an adhoc basis
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- Prepare finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
- Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
- Proficient in using design and video/photo-editing software: Adobe Illustrator(required), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation.
- Must be fluent in English. Fluent in Mandarin is welcome.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
- Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
- Proven graphic designing experience in print (essential) and web design (desirable).
- Portfolio including graphic design and video editing is required.
