Hello! We are a small but rapidly growing multi-award-winning marketing and design agency based in Bristol, UK. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in social media and digital marketing strategy, and able to successfully manage multiple varied projects.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering engaging social media content and growing social accounts for a range of clients, and is looking for an opportunity in which they can grow and take on more responsibility as the company expands.
You must also have strong copywriting skills, be able to shape your tone to the client's ideal audience, and have experience of writing social media content, landing page and website copy, email marketing communications, and more. You must have a strong eye for detail, have good editing skills, and flawless spelling and punctuation.
The position is freelance and part-time, though there is potential for this to grow. We are happy for you to work flexibly from home, and build your schedule around your needs. We want you to love working with us, and though this position requires a high level of experience and responsibility, we want you to have a good work/life balance and understand that school runs etc. are important too!
The ideal candidate for us is someone with a wide range of skills required for managing digital marketing projects, including campaign strategy, content creation, writing engaging copy, and working with other team members to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You will be looking for your next challenge, to help us grow the business, and manage the strategy, relationship, and day to day delivery of the projects for some of our clients.

- Creating social media strategies for clients in a number of sectors
- Maintaining brand style and tone
- Project planning and management
- Event promotion
- Email marketing
- Creating content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok, and YouTube
- Writing engaging copy including blogs and web content - excellent written skills, spelling, and punctuation required!
- Utilising and building engaged Facebook groups
- Lead generation, including inbox management and messaging outreach
- Growth strategies to increase our client’s followers and sales via their social channels
Any of the following areas would be a bonus, though not essential:
- Graphic design
- Video editing
- Facebook/Instagram/Google ads
- Branding and logos
- Basic web design/site updates
- Marketing funnels
- SEO
There is potential for this position to grow to full time and employed for the right candidate, and for considerable promotion within the company if your results are exceptional.

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
Salary: £11.50-£15.00 per hour
