As a freelance sales consultant for a 193 country expansion of a BPO franchise consortium, your responsibilities would typically include:
Identifying potential clients: You would need to research and identify potential clients in each of the 193 countries, and assess their suitability for the BPO franchise services. This would involve understanding the local market conditions, identifying potential partners, and evaluating their business needs.

Marketing and promotion: You would be responsible for developing marketing and promotional strategies for the BPO franchise services in each country, including advertising, PR, and other marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Relationship management: You would be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Reporting and analysis: You would be responsible for providing regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, including forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking.
Collaboration: You would collaborate closely with other stakeholders, including the BPO franchise manager, to ensure successful expansion of the franchise into new markets, while maintaining consistent standards and operations across all franchise locations.
