Role: Call Handler
Hours: Zero Hours Contract, please see below for shifts
Salary: £11.25 per hour
Start Date: March - April

We are looking for enthusiastic Call Handlers to join our Guest Services Team on an ad-hoc, part-time basis. Your primary role will be to provide an excellent level of customer service to customers, guests, owners, and colleagues at all times.

Our Client is a family run business, offering 250 wonderful holiday houses, including ten of their own, for holiday lets. Shifts:

You must be able to work any of the following shifts if required:

Monday to Sunday: 10am - 3pm, 9am - 5.30pm.

This role cannot support evening or weekend work alone - you must be free to work all shifts Monday - Sunday if required.

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls during busy periods
  • Taking detailed notes to pass to colleagues
  • Input guest queries into spreadsheet
  • Basic Administration tasks
  • Database administration

  • Custome service experience
  • Fantastic communicator
  • Confident in speaking with customer on the telephone
  • Able to work as part of a team and help others
  • Ability to think outside the box and come up with solutions for customers problems/ property owners’ problems.
  • Has fantastic attention to detail

Working hours: Work requests will come on an ad-hoc basis, one month prior to the shift happening

You must be available to work weekend shifts if required.

This is a seasonal role, our peak months where many extra hours may be available are: January, February, March, June, July, August and October.
