Freelance Product Photographer
In 1993 Oscar Pinto founded HERVIA, a trailblazing concept that was the first to stock debut collections from the late Alexander McQueen, as well as Helmut Lang and Hussein Chalayan.
When the first Manchester shop opened in the Royal Exchange it became a legendary fashion hang-out and it wasn’t long before Hervia was named by Vogue as one of the UK’s finest designer stores. Today HERVIA stocks global luxury designers from Rick Owens, Maison Margiela, COMME des GARÇONS and many more. This year we celebrate 30 Years of HERVIA.
Photographer Person Specification
We are looking for a Graduate Photographer who specialises in Product Photography, you will be an individual with a keen creative mind who can photograph and edit Footwear, Accessories and Jewellery to a high commercial standard.
We are looking for an individual with a keen interest in Fashion and Photography. We are hoping to employ a Freelance Photographer for this posistion who is flexible with there hours. There is also an opportunity to photograph content and models.
We do require the following:
. Able to demonstrate a high-level of photographic knowledge and ability
. Able to demonstrate the ability to photograph garments, accessories, footwear and jewellery at a high commercial level
. Able to shoot and produce digital photography in line with the direction and brief provided
. Able to work with others to produce high quality imagery and content
. Understanding of working with lighting and photographic equipment
. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for editing purposes
. Experience and ability to edit imagery to a very high standard
As part of your application we ask you to submit a professional portfolio which demonstrates your diverse creative abilities directly relating to Photography, specifically Fashion Photography and Product Photography.
Day rate/hourly dependent on experience.
