We have ambitious growth targets to host the BEST events nationwide. To meet these targets, we are expanding our Graphics team.
We’re looking for a talented and reliable Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team at What’s The Motive UK
As a freelance graphic designer, you’ll maintain responsibility for:
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs.
- Working on various projects, including flyers, posters, motion graphics, social media graphics, and more.
- Working to tight deadlines. (36-48 hour turnover time)
The ideal candidate will:
- Work under their own initiative (IMPERATIVE)
- Work to tight deadlines. Due to the nature of our events, we require a turnover time of 36-48 hours.
- The ability to seek creative solutions to problems.
- Must be interested in Nightlife, Parties and Music (Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Dancehall predominately).
- Creatively suggest areas for improvement with flyers and additional branding.
- Deliver up to 40+ pieces of content each month.
You will be required to immediately work on our content for June/July/August events.
Exceeding these targets will result in additional renumerated bonuses.
We also pay additional fees for Motion Art/Graphics
Remuneration
Starting salary: (Up to £600 per month + bonuses)
