About us:
Davencroft is a Design & Formulation Company that specialises in the fragrance and well-being business sector.
We develop and design quality packaging for beauty, bespoke fragrances and lifestyle products in conjunction with a respected and well-known British manufacturer. We also work on developing concepts for new and established brands as well as investing time in creating new ideas that can be taken to both the UK and International marketplaces.

Due to our success we are now looking for more designers who have a real creative ‘spark’ and love for design. About you:
You will preferably have a minimum of at least 1-2 years’ experience working with packaging design in a similar industry (Beauty, skincare, Home fragrance, Gifting, Lifestyle, Retail). Consideration will be giving to those who can demonstrate good design skills in other sectors.
You will have the ability to work to deadlines calmly, methodically and efficiently.
You are a flexible, positive team player with a good sense of humour that thrives on a challenge. (Flexible working hours can be considered for the right applicant)
You have a can-do attitude and are passionate about design/trends
The role:
- Designing, Artworking and creating print ready files
- Creating high quality visuals
- Evolving and elevating the brand
- Developing new and existing ranges/products
- Delivering innovative packaging design solutions
- Researching trends and analysing the market
- Creating mock ups to a high standard
- Work occasionally onsite in Brandon, Suffolk office
Required skills:
- Proficient in illustrator, photoshop and indesign
- Excellent creative thought process/design skills
- Excellent attention to detail at all times especially when under pressure
- A good understanding of the print process and production
- Ability to work to tight deadlines efficiently and proactively
- Able to work independently and use initiative under pressure
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and understanding of what is required by a fast- paced company
- Experience of HTML, CSS and 3D packages beneficial
