ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and creative art director to join our events and production team. As an art director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual design and execution of our projects, from concept to delivery. You will work closely with our clients, producers, designers, and vendors to ensure that our events and productions meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Some of the duties and responsibilities of an art director include:

- Developing and presenting creative concepts and visual styles for events and productions, such as exhibitions, conferences, festivals, concerts, shows, etc.

- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand the objectives, requirements, and expectations of each project

- Supervising and directing the work of designers, artists, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals involved in the project

- Managing the budget, timeline, and resources of the project

- Ensuring that the final deliverables are consistent with the approved concept and meet the client's satisfaction

- Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in art direction, design, and event production

To be successful as an art director, you should have:

- A bachelor's degree in art direction, graphic design, or a related field

- At least 5 years of proven experience as an art director or a senior designer in events and production

- A strong portfolio of creative work that demonstrates your skills and vision

- A high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software

- A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- A collaborative and flexible approach to work

- A passion for creating memorable and impactful experiences
