Framework Senior National Account Manager

We are looking for a Framework Senior National Account Manager to come and join our team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement tailored Framework Head Office strategies.
  • Achieve & exceed sales & margin targets, through strategic new business and SoW initiatives
  • Effectively educate, influence and support NAM’s, FASM’s and FAM’s
  • Operate cross functionally to build internal & external relationships.
  • Develop and implementation of customer retention strategies at both Framework Head Office and customer level, build long term contracted strategic partnerships
  • Partner with internal stakeholders & team, eg marketing, sector specialists teams, to facilitate the best opportunities & outcomes for customers & growth
  • Negotiate and implement price reviews in line with business targets.
  • Actively identify development opportunities and ways to continually grow sector expertise.
  • Develop an appropriate level of sector expertise relevant to portfolio
  • Lead specific Framework Divisional initiatives

You’ll be highly commercial, able to develop and deliver a Framework Head Office strategy in line with Brakes main objectives. Achieve and exceed Head Office customer budgeted sales and margin targets via centralised Framework team and regional field sales teams, driving growth and results, through both new and existing business. Manage cross-functional teams and establish strong relationships with Senior Management.

It goes without saying that you put the customer at the heart of everything you do, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across people, process, strategy and delivery models, building long lasting and highly effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to create an environment of trust, support and collaboration. You’ll also need to be proficient with technology to improve the customer journey and optimise performance
