About the role
This newly created role sits within the growing finance team based in Victoria, Central London and will report directly into the Head of FP&A. The successful candidate will be helping the Operations function for our rapidly growing Sell My Car proposition. As a critical link between Finance, Operations and Marketplace Analytics you will be responsible for providing visibility and understanding on performance, identifying efficiency improvement opportunities and supporting the workforce planning team with forecasting needs.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of the rolling Sell My Car business forecast model, providing visibility on future volumes and aiding strategic investment decisions
- Business partnering senior stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations
- Develop and own the Operations performance reporting processes
- Building/owning the Operations dashboard for analysing performance
- Presenting weekly Operations performance to Sell My Car leadership team
- Ad-hoc project analysis and modelling needs for the Sell My Car Commercial & Operations teams
Requirements
Requirements
- Newly qualified accountant, or part qualified looking to complete
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and takes ownership to drive projects forward
- Great time management and ability to meet deadlines with changing priorities
- Advanced Excel and modelling skills, experience with Google’s products suite a bonus
- Strong analytical capabilities with a curious and problem-solving mindset
