We're in need of an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to operate the forklift in a safe, responsible manner and keep the warehouse organized by keeping inventory levels at optimum levels by conducting regular inventory checks. The ideal candidate has experience operating a forklift, is comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment and can lift approximately 70 pounds.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to load and unload vehicles.
- Maintain good safety practices when operating a forklift.
- Operate a forklift according to set safety guidelines.
- Be knowledgeable of forklift safety guidelines.
- Operate a forklift according to company policy and procedures.
- Be able to lift and move objects on the job.
- Transport lumber, machinery, and boxes full of supplies.
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
