Job description

Recon Recruitment are currently looking for a Yard Operative for a new client based in Alfreton, Derbyshire for an immediate start.

This company are suppliers of decorative aggregates, sand, gravel, slate and other stone products to the landscaping and construction industry,

Your day-to-day role will involve –

• Keeping the yard tidy and organised on and off the FLT
• Loading and sorting stock
• Taking deliveries
• General yard duties
• Shift Patterns - TBC but usually start at 7am

The ideal candidate will need to be/have –

• FLT licence and be competent
• Physically fit as this involves lifting heavy product
• Happy to work outdoors in all weather
• Motivated and reliable
• Good communication skills
• CSCS card

Salary: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS Green Card (required)
