Price Express Transport Limited is a well-established Specialist Handling transport company, primarily delivering commercial catering equipment, IT cabinets and cash machines. We operate a large fleet of 3.5t – 18t vehicles nationwide, from our main site in Barnsley and depots in Bristol and East Grinstead.

We currently have a vacancy at our Barnsley Depot for
Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver
The main responsibilities of the role include supporting the Warehouse Manager and Depot Manager in the following:
- Daily unloading of the vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Working with delivery teams to provide a smooth unloading process.
- Phone contact with delivery teams.
- Warehouse duties including FLT maintenance, stock movement, order preparation, general housekeeping, vehicle shunting
- Ensuring health and safety compliance within the area of work.
- Vehicle Shunting.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads.
- Great team-working skills and reliability as part of a small team
- Experience in a logistics or warehouse environment and current counterbalance FLT licence. Comfortable with handling non-standard pallets and equipment.
- Basic IT skills
Hours are 11am to 19.45pm Monday to Friday
