Heavy Forklift Driver
Due to a fantastic period of growth Allelys Group are recruiting a hands-on and self-motivated Heavy Forklift Driver to join our Heavy Storage & Warehouse team.
This is a multifunctional role where you will be moving heavy equipment and assisting crane operators with moving heavy press tools.
Allelys are one of the largest and most successful Abnormal load Transport and Heavy Lift companies in the UK. We move anything from bridge sections to tanks, and everything in between.
As a Heavy Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for:
- The safeunloading and loading of heavy engineering equipment.
- Assisting overhead crane operators with movement of heavy press tools.
- Helping to locate goods and equipment for out loading.
- Record keeping and stock control of the warehouse and yards.
- Keeping the environment clean and tidy.
- Willing to train as an Overhead Crane Operator.
You will have the following experience:
- Previous experience of heavy forklift driving.
- B1 and B2 FLT Licence.
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn new skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and hard working.
- A team player with a hands-on approach to work.

Salary
£13.00 per hour
Overtime £19.50 per hour
