Available Job Today Do you want to help produce the best resin miniatures in the world in a fast paced production environment?
Are you persistent in doing what needs to be done day in, day out, making sure the job is done correctly, down to the last detail?
We are looking for a Production Operative to demould, pack and quality check the resin miniatures and components we produce to turn them into finished products. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for keeping other team members up to date on the status of production, this will ensure others are in the right place at the right time. All staff are asked to always look to improve the things we do; never being satisfied that what we do is the best way we could ever do it, this job is no exception.
You will engage in continuous improvement, actively contributing suggestions and helping to implement solutions and business improvements. We care about our employees, and we want them to be doing all these things in a safe environment, you’ll be expected to observe and uphold best practice and Health and Safety policies

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Ideally have recent experience in a manufacturing/ production environment in an operative role.
- Proven experience in working to targets and achieving results.
- Able to adapt to the needs of the job and respond positively to change.
- Enjoy working in a team, understanding the impact of your actions on other people as well as processes.
- Able to stay positive and have productive conversations with appropriate people.
- Remain calm under pressure and effective at all times.
- Awareness of health & safety in a manufacturing/ production environment.
- Always focussed on quality and getting things right, first time.
- Continuously looking at ways to improve processes.

Other Essential Information
Working Hours: 39 Hours per week, afternoon shift 2pm – 10pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 1pm – 8pm
