Balfour Beatty VINCI has an exciting opportunity for a General Foreman to join the team in Coventry.
You will be joining a highly experienced team on the UK’s most prestigious infrastructure project!
As a General Foreman, your will be expected to provide guidance and control of a team comprising, Section Foremen, Junior Foremen and Gangers. #Monitoring and management of the budget for MSM direct works. Contribute to change control and assistance with the production of contract mechanisms for cost recovery.
Experience:
Previous experience working as a General Foreman.
- Able to communicate the requirements of a safe system of work to ensure that these are followed accurately.
- Capable of taking ownership of tasks and communicating outcomes.
- Able to work on own initiative and seek out opportunities in line with the level of responsibility.
- Holds a current driving license and CSCS Card. #
- Must be a good team player, with developed communication skills.
- Solution-orientated individual, with a strong work ethic and flexibility to work nights/weekends as required by the programme.
Capable of and demonstrative experience in taking ownership of the works from start to finish, including the handover of the works.
