Do you want to work in a Global Finance Team? Do you enjoy an interesting and challenging roll, with full responsibility of the Travel and Expenses?
We are currently seeking an Expenses Administrator who will be responsible for processing all multi-currency employee expenses on the finance system, checking receipt and claims against the travel policy and applying local tax rules.
What we’ll get you doing:
- Maintain employee records on the finance and bank systems.
- Maintain Global Expenses calendar and issue annual calendar dates for expense processing.
- Downloading Citi Card statements and reconciling flights and hotels.
- Point of contact of employee enquires, including training on the system.
- Ownership and ensure policy compliance using T&E system audit tools.
- Review T&E related KPIs/reports.
- Maintain FAQ’s/T&E resources and proactively reach out to key users/groups for training/communication.
- Administrator for the Travel Booking System.
- Be involved with the implementation of a new expenses system for IDBS (support, data cleansing, testing and implementation).

- Experience working with a computerized system.
- Good attention to detail.
- Self-sufficient and able to prioritize own work.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Knowledge/experience of computer-based packages (NetSuite / Concur experience is desirable)
