Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a working and operational knowledge of concessionary travel. We need someone who can hit the ground running, working on a small but busy team ensuring blue badges, disabled persons freedom passes and taxi cards are administered in line with legislation and guidance. In addition to the personal specification we are looking for an individual who:
- Has strong customer service skills
- Has good organisational skills
- Can work as an individual as well as part of a team
- Has ideas about how we can do things differently and efficiently
- Be able to work from the office as well as from home once trained
- Wants to help vulnerable residents
