JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNT MANAGER
Department: PRS Sales
Reports to: PRS Sales Director
Role Summary: To ensure the growth of the business through effective account management. To act as the main point of contact for our PRS clients to ensure customer satisfaction, process orders, promote core and incentive lines, upsell and identify opportunities for business development.
KPI’s To be set by Line Manager on annual basis
· XX account management calls per week.
· Maintain a <10% cancellation/refund rate.
· Convert 80% of quotes to orders.
· Achieve customer satisfaction ratings.
· XX reviews online per month.
· Achieve a % Growth on accounts Year on Year.
· Submit XX new business opportunities per month.
· Achieve weekly/Monthly/Annual sales targets as set.
Core Responsibilities – Account coordinator
Order Processing
· Process quotes/orders within 24 hrs of receipt.
· Ensure full access information is gathered and verified from clients before submitting order.
· Offer alternative products where necessary always promoting Core and Excess stock lines.
· Process returns within 24 hours and subsequently making sure credits are released on time
· Identify opportunities to upsell
· Ensure orders submitted are Right First Time
· Action deallocations swiftly.
· Ensure jobs are booked with operations Dept in good time.
· Make sure promise dates are always correct and do not lapse.
· Review orderbook weekly to ensure accuracy of.
o Stock allocation.
o Promise dates.
Account Management
· Serve as the main point of contact your allocated accounts,
· Qualify customers in a structured manner introducing them to items which match their requirement financially and efficiently – ensuring the quotes are accurate.
· Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships for the larger LOFT business.
· Contact allocated client accounts on an agreed basis to;
o Monitor client satisfaction
o Identify opportunities for business development
o Ensure LOFT products and services are within their budget and meet their needs
· Monitor account spend and identify any changes.
· Support Finance department to follow up bad debts.
· Record all client contact on company CRM systems – Hubspot
· Handle all post-sale communication with agents, landlords, tenants, and management companies via phone and email
Stock
· Develop and maintain and in-depth knowledge of LOFT stock, core range and excess stock.
· Give priority to core and excess stock when producing client quotes.

Customer Service
· Offer outstanding customer service at all time
· Answer the telephone within three rings, ensuring the company greeting is used.
Business Generation
· Actively seek to increase client database at all times.
· Assist Senior Account Managers and Business Development Managers to promote LOFT through regular business generation calls.
· Enter details of all new client meetings/calls directly onto CRM (hubspot), including taking address, email, portfolio size and ‘where did you hear about LOFT’ on booking ensure an email confirmation is sent to the client.
General Responsibilities
· Actively participate in discussions and reporting at department and company meetings.
· Demonstrate company vision and goal
· Demonstrate by practice a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of company fees and terms of business.
· Be proactive in training and personal development, completing annual e-learning training and in house training.
· Adhere to all LOFT’s policies and procedures.
· Ensure high levels of Standards are maintained within office.
· Suggest to Line Manager ideas for new or changes to procedures to improve in the running of the department.
· Ensure premises are secure at all times
· Assist were required in all other areas of the department
Account Manager
Demonstrate capability in previous stages of the role plus;
· Show continued ability to hit KPI targets.
· Achieve agreed year on year % growth on existing accounts
· Demonstrate by practice a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of company fees and terms of business.
· Hit target for growth of dormant accounts.
· Assist in the training and development of new members of the team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
