As a Forecasting Analyst you'll be responsible for creating a weekly, daily and interval level 12–18-month demand forecast which drives the resourcing requirement for the dedication period in line with the agreed sourcing strategy and contractual obligations.
You'll be required to produce insight and intelligence on current demand requirements to enable the Planning Managers and Capacity Planning teams to make informed decisions on resourcing. They are also required to produce an overview of the road ahead by delivering a stable forecast which incorporates all project overlays and call reduction initiatives

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector in a planning role
  • Experience with multiple statistical forecasting methods
  • Experience using and developing forecasting models in R or other comparable technologies
  • Ability to use Excel at an advanced level to design and manage complex forecasting models in a manner that ensures easy audit and transparency of such models supporting problem solving
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills and data visualization
