Role: Academy Coach

- Monday - (Newham) Norwegian Playing Fields, Jenkins Ln, Barking IG11 0AD, 5.30pm-7.30pm
- Tuesday - (Chingford) Goals Chingford, 3 Morrison Ave, E4 8SN, 5.30pm-7.30pm
- Wednesday - (Fairlop) Fairlop Powerleague, Fairlop Oaks Playing Fields, Forest Rd, IG6 3HJ, 5.30pm-7.30pm
- Thursday - (Dagenham) Goals Dagenham, Dagenham Leisure Park, Ripple Rd, RM9 6XW, 5.30pm-7.30pm
- Friday - (Romford) Powerleague, King George Playing Fields, Eastern Ave W, RM7 7AY, 5.00pm-8.00pm

Hours: P/T Positions (2-10 per week)
Coaching Qualification Level: FA Level 1 Minimum or equivalent
Role Description(s):
Academy Head Coach -
- Management of administrative elements of the academy
- Management of operational elements of the academy
- Management of all football related elements of the academy
- Management of coaching staff
- Management of equipment
- Liaise with Pro Football Academy management team on all of the above
- Maintain the overall high standards of the Academy
Academy Coach -
- Deliver high quality football sessions in line with 'The PFA Way'
- Aid the development of the players in line with 'The PFA Way'
- Attend CPD Events delivered by Head of Academy Coaching
- Communicate and work effectively with Academy Head Coach
Essential Requirements:
- FA Level 1 Minimum
- Experience in coaching young players of all levels
- Up to date Safeguarding, Emergency 1st Aid, DBS/Police Check
- Driving License plus access to a vehicle compulsary
All successful applicant will receive full training & induction, a PFA PUMA Kit, full equipment, and access to weekly sessions from our syllabus.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 2-10 per week
Salary: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
