We are hiring an enthusiastic Food Technologist and Quality Assurance Manager to support our Central Production Unit in Battersea SW8 4AB.

Role and Responsibilities
· New machinery/equipment start up documents.
· Design spread sheet for task and risks follow with site staff training
· Compliance on HACCP- revision when product changes, site alteration, legislation/BRC new clauses, new product develop
· Glass and Hard Plastic audits and follow with corrective actions
· Internal auditing according to clauses schedule/ matrix- in event of any non-conformance found- is my responsibility to ensure the corrective action within timescale is taken and close.
· Contact Suppliers for revision of approval (sending supplier questionnaire and ensure relevant documentation are receive accordable)
· Site Policies are review annually unless there is a change on site or legislation/regulations
· Staff training (HACCP, CCPs, Machinery, Hygiene, site process flow, site policies) + sign off and revision annually. Additional ensure forklift license is update, first aiders on site, fire marshals
· Book Eurofins collection on site + swabs and finished product taken (submission of test requires for each sample)
· Preparation for site audit according to 3rd party accreditation clauses.
· CICs (cleaning instruction cards) for each individual machinery, site floor, individual areas layout) plus chemical hazards according to specification from chemical supplier (COSHH training + certificates)- should be recorded on file and verified by technical.
· Planned machinery/equipment maintenance- log sheet for site engineers. (technical ensure job carried out monthly/daily according to site agreement) and sign off
· Design and verify sheets according to production/site standard.
· Organise taste samples for wholesale clients and contract customer event
· Induction & administration of new bakery employees
· Support the Executive Chef and Central Production Unit team
· Ensure internal bakery reports for Finance Department and other key departments are processed accurately and on time.
A successful candidate must:
· Have a minimum 2 years Experience or related Degree;
· Be honest, hardworking and proactive
· Be independent, confident, organised, and enthusiastic
. Understand the different procedures, ensure compliance and act when needed.
· Using training structures provided, be in charge of ensuring all staff are trained to an exceptional level and are confident in their roles.
