Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Serve tables and clean dining area as needed
- Sanitize food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Use basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions and make change
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic math skills, including knowledge of retail math concepts such as calculating discounts, taxes, and sales totals
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
